Sacred Heart Crown

Description

Magnificent flamboyant ex-voto heart, with a crown of thorns and topped by a cross.
It was made by hand by an artisan from Mexico.
It is made up of several layers of assembled brass which gives depth and power to this wall decoration.

This sacred Mexican heart is part of the rich range of ex-votos hearts which mark one of the great characteristics of Mexican popular culture.

Although still used as an object of votive tradition, it has now acquired a real decorative dimension for the originality of their artisanal manufacture and the richness of their colors and designs.

Made entirely by hand in Mexico. Dimensions 20 × 16 × 5 cm.
