Description
Santo contra Blue Demon en la Atlántida
El Santo, El Enmascarado de Plata — the Man in the Silver Mask (1917–1984) — is the greatest legend in Mexican lucha libre history. A cultural icon on par with Frida Kahlo, he never removed his silver mask in public across nearly 50 years of career and was buried wearing it.
Beyond the ring, Santo starred in over 50 films blending wrestling, horror, and science fiction — a cinematic genre unique to Mexico. In Santo contra Blue Demon en la Atlántida (1970), directed by Julián Soler, the two greatest rivals in lucha libre join forces for the first time. Together, they face a mad scientist hiding in an underwater city of Atlantis, surrounded by monsters and aquatic creatures.
This sticker reproduces the original poster of this cult film. It is a creation by Mexican artist Dr. Rabias.
