Lucha libre embroidered patch Atlantis, handmade in Mexico, sew-on.
Description
Atlantis — The CMLL Pillar
This embroidered patch reproduces the mask of Atlantis, one of the most enduring wrestlers in lucha libre history, active since 1983 in CMLL. A multiple-time world heavyweight champion, he is renowned for his flawless technical style. His mask vs. mask match against Villano III in 2000 is widely regarded as one of the greatest matches ever.
Lucha libre is a living tradition of Mexico, born in the 1930s and inseparable from its legendary arenas: Arena México in Mexico City, the cathedral of Mexican wrestling inaugurated in 1956, Arena Coliseo, and Arena Puebla. Every Friday night, thousands of spectators gather to watch masked técnicos and rudos clash in spectacular bouts. This Mexican wrestling patch Atlantis is part of our collection of lucha libre collectibles, handmade in Mexico.
This patch is designed and made by Dr. Rabias in Mexico City.
