Sin Cara — The Faceless Mask

This embroidered patch reproduces the mask of Sin Cara, a mythical character who bridged Mexican lucha libre and worldwide wrestling. Created in 2011 and first worn by the legendary original Místico, then by Hunico, Sin Cara — literally “faceless” — embodies the mystery of the masked luchador. His blue and gold mask with trident design became instantly recognizable, a symbol of lucha libre that transcends borders.

Lucha libre is a living Mexican tradition, born in the 1930s and inseparable from its mythical arenas: Arena México in Mexico City, cathedral of Mexican wrestling inaugurated in 1956, Arena Coliseo or Arena Puebla. Every Friday night, thousands of spectators flock there to watch masked técnicos and rudos clash in spectacular matches. This Sin Cara Mexican wrestling patch is part of our collection of collectible items around lucha libre, handmade in Mexico.
